No Funds received

Make loan ,they say they did pay but I did not received any money after several calls made to them .They request me to sent them bank statement for proof I did not received .

No communication and ,I need to phone back to request information of compliant .

And here I am still waiting to received funds, while there is debit install to debit my account .
