No feedback stuck at 93%

I've been applying but getting a decline from unifi since August, then i decided to try again yesterday it was stuck on 93% even though i used the superfast application what what. I thought it says that u can apply and time any where you will get the loan in 5 minutes but here i am waiting this long for a decline. Whilst i did the debi check.
