No Feedback at all

Good day guys i was advised that it takes 5 mins to receive a decision on the load application, which is false cause i app**** a day ago and still haven't received immediate or up dated feedback, my status is still on "completed processing" highlighted with a red cross since, saying 93% I don't even know if its approved or not. This is unacceptable service. Your landlines are busy, and I haven't gotten a response to my email. Please get back to me with the status of my application. Thank you.
