Needed A Loan That It is More than my Initial Amount, not the Same Amount

Kindly be advised i am a Loyal Customer of Unifi Loan, the Loan i was Given on the 25 th June 2022, was so Little Yet my Loan was Fully Paid Up, i was only Given R 2000 and i Have a Death in my Family, i was not even given a Top up Loan. I will really Appreciate if youll can top up my Loan with so more Funds as Initially when i become a Customer youll gave me R 2000, your Urgent Assistance is much appreciated. I am really Disappointed that I am a loyal Customer and on Saturday 25 Th June 2022, was my last installment of my Loan, and i was only given R 2000 as my New Loan, i feel that this is not how i was supposed to be treated as a loyal Customer, whos loan has been fully Paid up. Your urgent assistance is much appreciated. I would really appreciate if i may please be given a top up loan, as i had a death in my family.
