If I could rate you a 0 I would because your service is actually atrocious!!! I've paid off what I owed you a while back, but you keep finding ways to lie saying I am still in arrears. If I had known your devious ways of operating, I would have never reached out for assistance from your company. It seems your aim is to keep me in your pocket with your lies that I still owe your company, so it ruins my credit record.
