****ming and *******ly collecting unfair fees

I had spoken with the consultant Diego, I am not spelling the name correctly with an account that continues carry interest even when it when on default violating the national credit act 34 of 2005 and in- duplicate principles , I have repeatedly ask unifi to show me the legal action and magistrate order that allows them to do this, they are not providing that, I have repeatedly asked them to correctly charge the account with the correct amount , they are ****ming and breaking all the rules of the national credit act, I am escalating this matter to the national consumer protection and National credit act
