****mers, Hidden fees, No reason after besides they dont work like what we normally know

I settled their account, rechecked settlement amount, only to find its different from the statement, they say they dont work the same as other companies, meaning they can charge you extra and it wont show on your statement as thats where all transactions are supposed to show and they are currently not showing as well.

This is why I would then say ****mers, why is your statement different from Settlement, settlement amount, is always the same as that of the amount stated on the statement and it is should be stated that should you fail fail to pay on a specified date, chagres will be incurred. Can't incur charges on the month I have finished the loan at, thats ridiculous
