Loan application on line
I app**** for a loan 2days ago and is still pending but everything was verified online painful thing is I approved debit mandate which is appearing on my bank now. This disturbs as there is no communication between me and the unif calls are not being answered

01 Sept 2023, 16:57They came back to me after this review I made and they explained to me that it was unsuccessful and they cancelled the debit order today it is at least better now. The only thing they need to improve on is communication please. And stop delays that cause a lot of anxiety.
