Lauren.K was super

I'd like to say thank you to Lauren K at Unifi SA. I was a bit irritated that I wasn't getting any feedback.

However, when I called in I got through to her. The telephone skills she portrayed blew my mind. We don't get such exceptional service anymore with someone you cannot see over a phone. She was considerate, apologetic and present on the call. I appreciated that so much. Thank you.

She also set my mind at ease about how the processes work and hopefully by when I should receive a response. Keep it up Lauren K.
