Incorrect Payment Allocation!

I’ve settled one of the loans I have taken with you, however, it’s still reflecting that I owe an amount.

Please provide clarity with what’s happening as this was paid on Saturday. The POP is attached to the email trail but according to the site I still owe an amount. I have paid R9217 on Saturday and the settlement about was valid for R9216.76 until 23rd August.

Please can this be fixed and allocate the CORRECT payment to MY loan account as I shouldn’t owe anything on this loan.

I have attached the POP, Settlement Statement and the statement I downloaded TODAY and they still allocated the incorrect payment to my account.
