So it was that time or the month, food cupboards are empty.

I go online and by total accident I come across Unifi loans.

I apply I send in 3 months bank statements I send payslip I send in copy of ID

I give them every contact number so I can be reached I even phone them from my work number so the number is confirmed.

I was extremely excited when the money appeared in my bank

So comes the 1st debi check deduction And I get countless emails and phone calls regarding there not being money in my account.

I check my balance and yes there is sufficient money left

I ignore them

Then during that month I get harassed non stop at work Month 2 same thing

Eventually after numerous emails to my private email and work email and countless embarrassing phone calls to work

I ask them what bank account number are they using? Because ****** hell there is money in my account.

The supervisor says what account number should it be.

I sent her the account number

These *********** idiots loaded I don’t know who’s banking details but it was not mine!

The debit check has been off ever month since then.

I am now refusing to pay the first 2 month because of the constant emails and phone calls to my work and it was THEIR incompetence that caused it
