Good customer service even when things are going wrong

Hi I also made a application for a top up loan on the 26th of this month and was waiting on on feedback just to find out yesterday there system was offline and I called today as well to find out if they are still offline,they were online but still catching up on the two days that they were offline and I spoke to Rozanne at the head office and she sorted me out within 5min and called me back
