Don't want to make proper arrangements

Currently having financial difficulties at the moment and could not pay my installments. Got a sms saying a letter of demand has been issued on my arrears. I sent them a email asking to make arrangements and they sent me this.

Thank you for your email. Kindly note that we understand your situation however, we require at least your installment amount to be paid. Please be aware that your debit orders will still be active on your account as we are unable to stop them.

That is not how you treat people who need to make arrangements.
