Dissatisfied

I did a loan application they did a debicheck yet no money. Tried called the call centre I'm caller number one for 5 minutes with no answer. I don't understand why they can have u agree to a debicheck which u are charged by ur bank for and then they haven't paid u the money and they cannot be reached online
