Disappointed no feedback still

Good day you guys advised that it takes 5 mins to receive a decision on the load application, which is false cause i app**** a day ago and still haven't received immediate or up dated feedback, my status is still on "completed processing" highlighed with a red x since, saying 93% I don't even know if its approved or not. This is bad service, your landlines are busy and i have got no response to my email. Please get back to me with the status of my application.thank you.
