Declined because of "EMAIL"

I've app**** twice for a loan with unify one on the 13th of February and for another one on the 14th of February 2025, on both applications the loans were approved and was them declined/cancelled after a few hours because of an ''email'' that's been used before. This makes no sense at all. If it was my ID or Proof of income or even my credit score it would of made more sense. This is useless service by Unify.
