Declined a loan after being a client for years

I've been a loyal client of Unifi for a very long time now. App**** for a 6month loan this morning. Everything was done online. Most of my expenses are being paid by my husband. So I can definitely afford the loan. Now I'm being declined for affordability. Unifi is this how you treat loyal clients?
