*** customer service!

Worst customer service. Do not take a loan from this company. They claim to disburse funds within 24 hours. Which isn't the case. When you follow up, no one knows what's going on. All they tell you is to wait for 24 hours, as if you have not already waited the 24 hours. In my case, worst thing is that on their portal the loan is active, and interest has been accruing from the day they made the loan active, only problem is that I have not received any funds. Really disappointing.
