Cruel company

On the 24th I made a payment to an incorrect client who has a credit with Unifi and I went to the branch to check if I cannot get back the funds, the bank advised the funds were debited by Unifi, bearing in mind the funds were sent for an old pension couple to buy food, I called and I was told to communicate with the client who the funds were debited from and I didn't understand why because they already took the funds. I have never seen such cruel people.
