Balance not updated
I'm receiving a bad service from you guys i was checking my credit beruea only to find out that you have not updated my balances with them I'm really frustrated guys

10 Jun 2023, 12:55Hi Abe, as discussed telephonically, your payment was made on the 25th of May 2023. We send all account updates to the credit bureaus on a monthly basis, by the 9th of each month. The bureau has informed us that it can take up to 7-21 days to update the report. We tried to call you again as per your request however wasn't successful.
