Bad service and harassment

I took a loan with Unifi sometime last year and I was retrenched and I sent through the documents to them to show that I was retrenched and according to my understanding when one take a loan there is a protection plan if one gets retrenched, however not not with Unifi they have threatened and harrased me and told me that they will black list me I should pay them back I never had any issues with making payments while I was employed why do they mislead people when one is still applying for the loan I need Clarity and assistance I didn't resign I was retrenched
