Bad service

What a **** place to make a loan , first my debit order came off days before the time I called and rectify this , now this month on the day of my debit order date I get an email saying my account is in arrears !!!!!!!! How can that even be exactly on the day my debit order is supppose to go off I called and no one can give me answers to way this is happening I himself regret making a loan here !!! I feel like this will be an issue every month
