Bad experience

<div>I have taken a 6 month loan with Unifi. I have one month left to pay. I have never defaulted on payments for Unifi or any other of my accounts. Unifi sends me emails saying there is a balance I can apply for but everytime I do they say I don't qualify. I have had the same amount of account when I previously app**** for a loan but now the say I am over indebted. I have sent them emails stating that I have additional income although it doesn't reflect on my bank statement. Proof of this is clear because all my account are paid in full and I have no arrears. This company will initially give you a loan to receive good reviews but when you need help again they are not willing to help.</div>

Hi Laura, it saddens us that we are unable to assist your husband at this time. We always want to help all customers, but unfortunately we are legally required to do a thorough affordability assessment on every loan issued, and on top of this are required to have proof of all income and expenses. Unifi is against reckless lending. We hope that we will be able to assist your husband in the future again. Have an easy day!
