Application completed but no funds received

i have did an application for a loan on the 4th of November 2022 and uploaded my docs on the same day... a guy called me and a debicheck was loaded i was notified that i will receive the funds within 24 hours. Today is 10th of November 2022 and i still haven't received any funds neither did anyone contact me... I have been trying to contact them since monday during their office hours but no answer at all... THIS IS REALLY BECOMING FRUSTRATING!
