29 Jun 2023, 08:17Hi Abe, as discussed telephonically, your payment was made on the 26th of June 2023. We send all account updates to the credit bureaus on a monthly basis, by the 9th of each month. The bureau has informed us that it can take up to 7-21 days to update the report. We tried to call you however, wasn't successful. Please get in touch for any further questions or queries.
