Account Profile send to multiple collectors

Can you kindly check the lawyers you use to collect money on your behalf, they are very unprofessional. My profile is being passed around like you cannot believe. I was dealing with Colecta, when I had money to pay up they told me I am now passed through to Finwick, I paid Finwick for this account and when I asked them if they notified you they are now saying they passed the account back to Colecta. WFT really? I am tired of being ****en tossed around, I send you a paid up letter from the same Finwick and I expect you close the loop and give me feedback.
