A loan company that takes advantage of their customers. Bad

I have had a bad experience with this company. I firstly got a loan with them and I paid all the amount owing and they still charged me an extra R192 for whatever reasons. I set up an arrangement with them to pay it and they deducted R271 which is not according to the arrangement. Am quite disappointed with their services and I have come to notice that they are overcharging their customers against the Ncr
