Unifi credit

These guys claim they sent me emails and smses that theyd deduct earlier on December, nothing was sent to me and they took that money on the 13th without my consent,that time im only getting paid on the 20th .I thought we'd have a good relationship with them but I'm never taking a loan from them ever again . I'm not happy.
