unhappy customer

i've sent emails showing that you always put me on areas but i've never missed a single payment date/day.........there is a 1 month installment that i have settled but it still says i haven't payed it......i think Unifi credit is ****ming people......this can't happen in many people but they dont change....this are ****mers
