Unauthorize payment

I have loan with Unifi which the contract says that they will debit on pay day .I had some fund on my account before payday and they debited when i call the customers care line a lady by the name of Sesisako with an attitude told me that they won't refund my money of R1724.82 that was debited .In my understanding They can only deduct salary according to the contract on pg1 point 3 Repayment via debit order .
