They will deduct your money until you cry a river. And their call centre is nonexistent!!!!

Took a loan with unifi credit. Then i got some bonus and requested a settlement quote and i settled the loan on the 14th of june 2024. I kept coming into the system to check if that was updated and it was not. On the 19th i called in to try and address the issue. I was told to hold for about two hours and when it was finally my turn the call got hung up. I then wrote an email which was never rep****. On the 20th i called again and held for like an hour til i ran out of airtime. I then inboxed their facebook consultant whose reply was a simple “visit the branch”. We do not have a branch here. I am in limpopo, bolobedu. On the 21st a debit order went through and i never recovered my money. For someone who is working on paying off her debts, this is a slap in the face!
