No service but eager to take money

How many times does one have to submit bankstatement and they just ignore the statements and keep the application on hold, 2 days now. But already i had to approve the debicheck on my bank?? So now the funds are going to be deducted without me receiving my loan??? this is horrible, i should have taken the bad reviews for this company more seriously... ****
