Inaccurate customer service

I am so upset with this loan company, they debit my account with the amount I owned last month. Because my debit was late, I was in arrears, they told me what my arrears was and I made a payment arrangement. Right after this I had some cash which was transferred to my account for an emergency I had at my home, the then debited my account with more than what they said my arrears was. That's ridiculous!
