Unifi credit called me to offer a loan. I agreed cause I'm financial stress and they promised me that they will offer me a personal loan once I'm done with the application. My hopes were high that I will get help, so I agreed to their mandate. Seconds after the agreement, they sent me their Ts and Cs that they will deduct R289 and R189 from my account and they again don't promise that I will get a loan if my credit score is bad. PLEASE ASSIST ME IN CANCELLING THIS AGREEMENT WITHIN A COOLING OF PERIOD.
