Disgusting service Unifi credit

I am appalled at Unifi Credit , I was a client of COBOL loans and never had the upheaval that Unifi has given me. I earn and afford a huge amount of installment to get a loan today I’m offered only R402. Ontop of that my debit order for the 15th of R916 went off on the 12th this happens each month and Absa charges me R150 for every debit I don’t have funds in my account for. I’m actually so embarrassed to have taken a loan and been mistreated I send numerous emails but no manager contacts me a service agent made a mess up saying I was in arrears of R75 because she hasn’t sent me a settlement amount she asked me “how did you pay cos I didn’t tell you how much” I said actually you did and it’s also on the website. Turns out she called to say it was her mistake and I did pay the entire R75 prior to her calling so she then updated my account and sent me a paid up letter. I really don’t advise any consumer to take loans with Unifi they say maximum of R8000 but they’ve proven to be very unreliable and quick to take or claim money that isn’t owed the team leader is very unprofessional and rude over the “recorded calls” I’ve told them over email and called to make sure they update my salary date but always they say yes then deduct early ruining my bank account . I was expecting to take a top up loan this month but they offering me R402 it’s absurd please don’t take any loans from this company !!!
