Initially thought process was swift and easy, until it took 4 days and 4 applications to get my money. But then an angel came to my rescue. DONNAY. You are a star, my dear. After speaking to countless agents over the phone and via the chatbot, (who i'm convinced were all robots), i finally got to speak to a human person. Her service was swift and efficient. No bull****ting and within ten minutes of speaking to her, i was approved and money was paid out same day, and a Saturday, at that! i was so ready to write a scathing review of the poor service,but Donnay saved the day.
