I strongly caution anyone considering Unifi Credit. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. They lure you in with enticing offers, like "Unga 5kgs" and "Soda-takeaway," but once you accept their loan, the reality is very different.

I found myself in significant arrears, and they relentlessly pursued me for payments, making the entire process incredibly stressful. Their customer service turned rude and arrogant once the loan was secured, which was a stark contrast to the friendly demeanor they displayed before.

If you're in need of a loan, I highly recommend seeking assistance from reputable banks such as Cooperative Bank of Kenya, Equity Bank, or Stanbic Bank the list is long. Don't fall into the traps set by Unifi Credit. I regret my decision and hope others can learn from my experience.
