I had taken out a loan for R2000, and as per the agreement I would have six instalments of R509.81 a month to cover the total amount owed of R3058,81 and my final payment would April 30th. I made the final payment via EFT to a bank account they had provided with me via email and also used me ID number as reference as instructed on the email, a few days later they still debited money out of my account. I have sent them numerous emails informing them that I had already paid off my loan, and requested a refund For the duplicate payment but no one has responded.
