This person also sends smses from the South African Reserve Bank stating your money has been approved and you need to pay a loan fee of 12500 rand after payment your money will be received and then confirmed with a second sms requesting 19 999.99 for sa reserve bank clearance fee.. My wife and i have paid 32 500 rand over to this person and then a 3d sms was send requesting another 16 000 rand whereby i looked into this and contacted the original Unicredit Bank of Europe stating they do not offer any loans to anyone and they have reported this to the NCR
