Unicorn auctioneers STEEL your things!!!

We contacted this auction business in rustenburg to take everything we own to be auctioned as we are leaving the country. The one partner came and assessed the things and made an cash offer, however too low for us to accept. He insisted that taking to auction we will benefit much more, trusting his professional opinion we did agree. We asked multiple times if we should complete paperwork AND what costs would be involved for us as well as better explanation on how process works. We were told DONT WORRY all will be dealt with on day of auction. We could not attend auction in person but trusted that all our belongings were marked as they promised and that they will ensure that we get proper compensation for the goods. Got payment 7days after, such small amount, requested slips of what was sold and for which amounts... loads of excuses and promises... contacted 2nd partner and got hand written slip within few hours (was available all along) could not even account for half of the things they took from us!! What happens to the rest of out valuable goods?? They ignore all requests for photos of items that were displayed in bundles, the recording was also requested but they continue to ignore us! Pretty sure our next step will be a case at SAPS for theft as they ****** us blind!!!
