Worst Experience for further Education

I have enrolled my 2 sons in UniCollege for the CompTia A+ which was not to bad, although they do not cover all the work that was in the international exams. They went on to do the CompTia N+(Network) and the CompTia S+(Security), and both these courses went disastrous as they recieved the worst treatment from the staff, from not assisting in any queries to plain being rude to them. I have paid for all courses upfront in full but later when we requested to have refunds for the International exams as they were not prepared for this, we were just bluntly refused and they just went ahead and booked the exams without consulting them about dates to arrange with their works to get time off and my sons were forced to write. This was done not to refund us. My sons could not never have passed the international exams as the college never assisted with proper learning and preparation material for the exams. The guy supervising while my one son was writing the exams never switched his cellphone off, excepting call during the exams, no respect towards him busy in the exams. My sons were never allowed to sit near each other in exams or write on the same day, they did not trust them. We have paid for the courses which includes all learning materials, but we ended up with old and outdated materials. When they complain about it they were given material on flash drives and we had to print all the material at our own expense. We have never had staff members of an institution for further education treating and being so disrespectful towards students to a point that it started feeling they are discriminating against them all because they did not just sit back and accept all the unfairness. I will never ever recommend them to anybody!! Worst experience ever.
