Regrettable experience with Uni College

I can say this is one of the worst educational institutes which I have encountered in my life, this year I had admitted my daughter in Uni College for upgrading her matric marks & my daughter didn't even attend the college for upgrading her matric marks & my daughter didn't even attend the college for one day & she was accepted in one of the university in Latina America for Pre Medicine, the very second day I went to inform them that I needed to cancel the admission of my daughter to their institute. then to cancel admission college staff advised me to send them an acceptance letter and it will be done without any problem, then after a couple of days, I received a letter of acceptance letter from the university & same was forwarded to Uni College to cancel my daughter's admission and asked my refund, as soon as I sent them the acceptance letter they asked me to motivate them why we decided to take admission to Uni College after sending them a motivational letter.

Uni College instead of canceling my daughter's admission now they coming with another demand they want a letter of enrollment letter from the university to cancel my daughter's admission & I am sure after providing them what they want they are going to ask me something else, that show how greedy management is from Uni College in order not to pay my money back they want me to pay the whole year's fees even though she never went to this **** college for a day.

so guys just imagine what if my kid would have attended a whole year of Uni College with this institute & what she would have gone thru.

Dear Mr Mane,  Please note that your daughter is a registered learner at UniHigh Independent School as a Grade 12 Upgrade learner and not at UniCollege.  Our UniHigh attendance records show that Vaishnavi attended UniHigh on 15 & 16 March 2021.  The UniHigh contract of enrolment, terms and conditions stipulate in point 2.4 that once the academic year commenced, no cancellations will be accepted and that the learner and/or parent/sponsor will be liable for the full fee.  However, UniHigh Management has informed you that due to most South African universities starting late with the 2021 academic year as well as the late release of matric results, we are willing to accommodate your request of cancellation, as you informed us that your daughter has been accepted at the Texila American University for 2021 Higher Education studies.  This allowance though was pending proof of your daughter’s registration at the Texila American University. The documentation received thus far from you is a conditional offer letter, and not a confirmation of registration, which is required.  Kindly send the proof of your daughter’s registration at the Texila American University, in order for us to conclude this matter.
