Refusal to release exam marks, all monies paid

My daughter did a Technical Financial Accounting course through UniCollege in Krugersdorp last year. They offer the course on behalf of ICB (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers) which is a national body setting the course syllabus and examination papers. You can do this course though many colleges (Damelin, Boston, etc) all acting on behalf of ICB. ICB mark the exams and return the marks to the college which in turn should release these to the student. <br> <br> Payments were always fully up to date but there has been delays by UniCollege throughout last year to get already ICB-released results leaving my child worrying for weeks whether she passed or not. We are still waiting for 3 exam paper results. One of these has been released by ICB 2 weeks ago and is in the possession of UniCollege who for reasons only known to them refuses to release it.<br> <br> Everything is paid. No documentation is outstanding. Yet, while Boston, et al already released their ICB marks we must wait. We need these marks to enter our daughter for the second year (Financial Accounting) at Boston before 29 Jan 2016. What now, must she lose the year??<br> <br> We should have gone elsewhere. My poor child!
