Bad personnel including teachers and support structure.

I have a child that is attending at Uni-collage. Conduct of the teachers unacceptable, how they are dealing with the kinds. They don't pay attention to required details. If the kinds raise concerns they are subjected to punitive action. The college then made kinds to pay for re-writes (R500.00) instead of correcting the conduct of the teacher. The school representative doesn't have etiquette of communication, it get worser when it gets to Accounts Department, they have inefficient systems or staff that doesn't know how to use the system and they keep on sending threading emails. I think Department of Education must look into the licensing to this kind of schools.
