Unprofessional time schedule

Currently I am waiting for my fiancé to get home from her workplace but she has been waiting alongside all the agents and colleagues since 18:00 for a go ahead in order for unicab drivers to leave the premises and drop them at their destinations.

No valid reason has been given. Whoever in top management is aware of the time the agents are finish working. This is unprofessional and frustrating not only to me but for those agents aswell sitting and waiting for a go ahead.
