Unicab Driver causes accident tries to dodge claim

Yesterday afternoon at 15:45 a Unicab with registration CA520856 drove into the back of my stationary vehicle, I called Unicab to request insurance info and was told no one is available. The same happened this morning. If they can't be trusted to resolve incidents of this nature, what happens if a passenger is injured and needs to claim
