NEVER AGAIN......NO WONDER THE NEW APPS ARE PUTTING THESE GUYS OUT OF BUSINESS

We booked a cab early in the morning for a 5pm cab from Sea Point to the airport. A family of four was starting a round-the-world trip and hundreds of thousands of Rands of air tickets were at stake. Ten phone calls were answered with a plethora of lies - "he is 5 minutes away", "he is 3 minutes away" "he is around the corner", etc... When the driver eventually arrived 45 minutes late, he told us that he was given this ride 10 minutes before he got to us. Obviously, planning is not a word that this management know about, never mind client communication and all service related KPI's. NEVER AGAIN.....
