No Vehicle for 7 Weeks

My previous report where my car was sent in for repairs after I had it for only a week has still not been resolved. Today 7 weeks later and I still do not have my car back, feedback is that they are having problems programming the gearbox, I was contacted by the manager Greg who said he read my report on hello Peter and if I delete it he would give me a loan vehicle, as we know reports stay on here for twelve months, so Still no car, still empty promises and still no loaner, unbelievable these guys really do not care for their customers after they sell a car to you. Please watch out!!!
