Bad Service

I'm truly dissatisfied with the service I got from these people, I bought a car and within 2 weeks the car had problem, they gladly took back thr car to send it to repairs and kept me guessing and constantly enquiring about the repairs for a whole 2 and a half weeks(without them giving me alternative transport), got the car bacl after I called and demanded it back, week and a half later SAME problem pitches up again. Again they organized meetings with me and promised to get me an alternative car to purchase, agreed on this and they took back the car for its 2nd repair, 2 weeks later and again not keeping me in the loop of what is going on, they call to tell me some bs about how their expenses will be too much to change the car. I agreed to take back the orginally purchased car if they can ensure that it will not break down or give problems of the same kind, its 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on them to bring back my car. I'm a reasonable person and if they communicate better with me and keep me in the loop, I most likely wouldn't be this disgusted in their service. They got their money now they making me run around and wonder when they will deliver
