Unesu events solutions worst service ever they care about the money not their clients that keep the business running

I hired Unesu events solutions company registration number K*** owner Minentle Phumelele Nxele residing in Mthunzini to use their services on my event on the 15th of December 2018 i made full payment but instead she was 3 hours late and everything that we had agreed on was not delivered , no welcome board , table numbers , no runners i strictly specified that i need full house carpet flooring yet she came with a quarter of the mat . The back drop was a mess and when i send her a message after the event she ignored me no apology no refund and she has changed her cellphone from ********** 272 & ********** 947 to ********** 166 and she decided to block me on facebook , she oversold me a idea yet she under delivered i cannot sit and wait for her to do the same thing to somebody else on their special day i have opened a case because im not taking this lying down.
